SKRETTING Zambia has called on fish farmers in the country to use high quality feed to increase production.
Company sales officer Mary Banda said farmers need to take advantage of Zambia’s abundant water bodies and favourable temperatures in fish farming to boost the sector.
In a statement on Friday, Ms Banda said that the successful introduction of innovative fish farming methods especially from Eastern Europe, has led to an increase in the number of farmers showing interest in aquaculture.
