The Texas Aquaculture Association will hold its 2027 Annual Meeting on January 24–26, 2027, at the Fulton Convention Center on the Texas Gulf Coast. Registration is now open.
The Texas Aquaculture Association (TAA) has opened registration for its 2027 Annual Meeting, which will take place January 24–26, 2027, in Fulton, Texas. The event will be held at the Fulton Convention Center (Paws & Taws), 402 North Fulton Beach Road, the same venue that hosted the association’s 2026 Annual Meeting. The conference theme is “Advancing Aquaculture Together.”
According to the association, the meeting is intended for aquaculture producers, industry partners, researchers, suppliers and other stakeholders, and is open to both established farmers and newcomers to the sector.
Speakers will cover marketing, nutrition, economics, policy and animal health
The TAA reports that the program will include specialists in marketing, nutrition, economics, social media engagement, policy and animal health, as well as culinary specialists and representatives of national and state agencies. The association states that speaker names will be announced at a later date, and that the full agenda will be posted on its website.

Registration is handled through the event page on Eventbrite. The TAA has arranged discounted rates at two hotels in nearby Rockport: Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Rockport, with a booking deadline of January 7, and Hampton Inn & Suites Rockport, with a booking deadline of January 18. According to the registration page, refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
