The 2018 Wisconsin Aquaculture Conference is coming back to Marshfield this year. Coordinators say registration is now open for the event, which will be held March 2-3 at Hotel Marshfield.
The conference will be preceded by a workshop meant to teacher farmers how to comply with state aquaculture regulations.
The two-day forum will feature more than 20 vendors, a silent auction and a cooking demonstration with recipes that include Wisconsin-grown fish.
Wisconsin has more than 2,400 fish farms and the largest aquaculture industry in the Midwest.
